A 10-story building, originally built in 1932 as a five story structure, with the upper floors added in 1941. The Hutzler Brothers complex of buildings eventually spread almost completely along the 200 Block of North Howard Street. Some of this building may be being used by State of Maryland agencies as this building is connected to the adjacent 311 Saratoga Street building which was originally part of the Hutzlers complex.
