165-foot, 16-story Postmodern hotel completed in 2006 for Eric Goode and Sean MacPherson. Designed by Scarano & Associates. The building was designed to match the existing architecture of the area, with a facade of tan brick, and large, square windows arranged in a grid. Gemma restaurant is located in a 1-story wing on the corner.

The interior lobby was created using some salvaged materials sourced from Demolition Depot's collection. Intrinsically, it was envisioned as a massive set and everyone inside becomes almost a character in a film.
