A controversial housing development outside of eastern Danville. It is just south of the eastern entrance of Blackhawk Country Club and west of Tassajara. It consists of multiple sections with different types of housing including apartments. It is very controversial because of its lack of environmental care from the developers including: substantial damage to a major marsh for the area home to an endangered frog, grading acres of open space thus blocking a major corridor for wildlife from the south into Mount Diablo, and most prominently grading a major ridge line (the largest in the area) which has spoiled a one of a kind valley of oak trees on the other side. When it was being planned, it was proposed to leave this ridge ungraded, but the developers pushed it through and were able to grade the land.
