A newer suburban area within the city limits of Sacramento that includes a large area of shopping with many chain stores and restaurants. North Natomas is also home to Sleep Train Arena, the old home of the Sacramento Kings.

  • Natomas is a fast growing part of Sacramento that has housing, retail, entertainment, and technical attractions. Part, perhaps all, of this area is in a flood plain, so it is a little less costly than many other parts of Sacramento.
  • North Natomas isn't ghetto, it's a middle-upper middle class neighborhood that has a very family friendly environment. Very nice area for new families.
