The hospital opened in 1986 following redevelopment of Chamberlain's Wharf. Architects Llewelyn Davies Weeks, Consulting Engineers Oscar Faber, Main Contractor Bovis Construction. It belongs along with several other well known private London hospitals, to HCA International.
Wharf building, now part of London Bridge Hospital. 1860s became a Grade II* listed building.
