  • That is terrible. Someone needs to go out there and rescue this vacant structure.

  • how much would this building cost to buy?
  • Planned to be RAZED ... for a loner LA Fitness building, and 2 outlots buildings, one outlot building is for three tenants one of them is proposed to be Visionworks and other 2 tenants are yet to be known ,,, the other outlot building looks like it might be a restaurant or something like it
  • So far proposed is Pieology,???, AT&T, Visionworks joining LA Fitness if they ever get working on location
  • NOW an LA Fitness Center and an outlot building for AT&T and two other tenant which might be Mattress Firm and SVS vision .... Other side looks like a future site for a three business (2 being for rehab) outlot with a drive thru NOT a restaurant but things do change.
