Shopping center in Livonia, MI--primarily anchored by Kohl's, Sears, and Walmart--this center replaced the former Livonia Mall, which closed in 2008 and was almost completely razed to make way for this center. A second phase is in the works to redevelop the former Farmer Jack supermarket to the south.

  • the movie theater in this mall has small screen size and not clean.
  • As of May 31st, 2008, Livonia Mall has closed for good, having lost several of its tenants due to competition from other advance, upscale malls nearby. According to the Livonia Observer, they will demolish and redevelop everything, except for Sears, Jo-Ann Fabrics, and another store (I think). I am glad to see they will redevelop this mall just like they did to the former Wonderland Mall, now Wonderland VIllage.
