Welcome to the Tully Community Branch Library, which opened in 2005 as one of six new libraries added to the San José Public Library system under the Branch Library Development Program. Tully serves a large and culturally diverse community in East San José. The library provides educational resources and recreational opportunities serving the needs and interests of the culturally diverse community, including many family-oriented services, large media collections, and special language materials. Free WiFi and Internet access is available during library hours. Refreshments may be purchased at the on-site café. Tully Community Branch is located in Stonegate Park bordering Coyote Creek, between McLaughlin Avenue and Senter Road.

Branch Library Hours/ Open 7 Days a Week: Monday 2-7 PM, Tuesday and Wednesday 11-8 PM, Thursday-Saturday 10-6 PM, Sunday 1-5 PM.
