Located some 500 metres above sea level halfway up Inobong Hill, this station, is sometimes referred to as the Inobong Visitor & Research Centre. It is also a starting point for the Crocker Range's Salt Trail. There is a hut here that commands a nice aerial view of KK city, as well as over the Penampang countryside and Putatan. Accommodation and lodging facilities are available here. The cemented road leading up to the office is very steep.
