The three story, 12,200 sq. ft., Lithuanian Hall, featuring a 4,000 sq. ft. ballroom, was built in 1924 as a community center for the local Lithuanian population. With the influx of Spanish speaking immigrants to the area following World War Two, the Hall became home to Hipanos Unidos until 1991 when it was abandoned.
In 2006 the building was renovated and now includes a number of tenants including;
