The 88 acre, Clark Technology Park was established by General Motors in 1997 on the site of the former Clark Street Cadillac plant. Built in 1921, the Cadillac plant closed in 1987.
The property is now owned by Racer Trust, a trust created in 2011 by the US Bankruptcy Court to cleanup former General Motors property and position them for redevelopment.The site contains several tenant-occupied buildings as well as vacant land.
