As of 2008, this complex consists of
- 11 tanks containing untreated fresh water collected from rainfall catchment basins (located between the runway and taxiway at the airfield) and groundwater wells. Two of these tanks are used for fire suppression only, with the rest used as source water for the adjacent water treatment plant.
- 2 clearwell tanks containing finished water produced by the water treatment plant.
- 2 tanks containing reclaimed water from the wastewater treatment plant to the northwest.
Each tank has a capacity of 1 million gallons.
