The Natural Scientific Station Predel of the South-West University Neoftit Rilski is located in beautiful beech forest in Kulinoto, 1168 m above the sea level, in the Northern part of National Park Pirin, which is included in the list of the world heritage of UNESCO. The large lawns, the cool forests and the favorable climate create excellent conditions for recreation. The Station has own base of beds (50) and kitchen, barbeque and dining room. In the neighborhood there many routes for tourism, driving motor cycles and bikes. There are also many rest houses and bungalows. In the locality takes place the folk festival Pirin Pee. The nearest settlement is the town of Razlog (15 km). In order to reach the Natural Scientific Station Predel one has to take the asphalted road from Sofia to Bansko and to find sign at the highest point of Predel Pass. From that point to the Station there is well marked asphalted road.
