2-story mercantile building completed in 1893. Designed by Fred S. Schlesinger as a store and light manufacturing building, it is clad in red brick, painted black on the ground floor, which is divided into four storefronts. The 2nd floors has eight bays of windows. A large metal cornice caps the ground floor, and the roof line has a corbelled brick pattern and a smaller metal cornice. The ground floor is occupied by Nars Cosmetics, Wolford Boutique, Reinstein-Ross jewelry, and Olive's restaurant.
