Carroll Chimes Bell Tower (Covington, Kentucky)

Located on in MainStrasse Village, Carroll Chimes Bell Tower is a 43 bell carillon in
a German Gothic clock tower. It was named for former Kentucky Governor Julian Carroll.
The bells chime on the hour and mechanical figures move onto a balcony to act out
the 13th century story of the Pied Piper of Hamelin. The tower is illuminated after dark.
