This restaurant was opened in spring 2016 after burning down a year prior (it apparently just looked "discolored" but inspectors found the structure to be compromised). The previous building didn't start out as Bush's Chicken, as the chain was founded in 1996 and the building is still visible in the 1995 aerial photo...
