A huge district on the southern borders of Waco (touching the city lines of Hewitt and Woodway), TCP includes lots of industry and factories, as well as a few commercial and residential developments (an apartment complex, a few hotels, Walmart, a hotel, and a hospital among them). In many ways, this is a modern replacement to the old mid-century industrial base Waco used to have closer to the downtown area. Regardless, this still provides hundreds of jobs.
