9-story office building completed in 1921, renovated in 1987. The building is faced in brown brick above a grey-painted ground floor of stone. The windows are divided into groups of three, with a bay of single windows on the east end of the facade that have been filled-in. The roof above this bay extends up to a stepped and peaked parapet. Vertical bands of slightly darker brick accentuate the facade.
