9-story office building completed around 1920. The facade is light-grey painted concrete above a ground floor of brick piers, glass and metal. On the upper floors, the simple windows are arranged in threes, with a pair nearest the corner of both facades. The parapet at the top of each facade is stepped up at the ends. Descending from the eastern end of the Leroy Street facade is a bright-white painted decorative element with intricate patterns, reaching almost down to the ground floor. On the southern end of the Greenwich side, white-painted letters run down the building, spelling out "IN PURSUIT OF MAGIC". Tenants of the building include ITV Studios and Mary Kate & Ashley Olsen's clothing line "The Row". It has an alternate address of 609 Greenwich Street.
