A few things to note while utilising this bus stop:
Other private mini buses from Inanam, Menggatal and Telipok also stop here, but they do not go down to the Wawasan Bus Terminal.

Those wanting to go to 1 Borneo from this stop are to use the provided overhead bridge to cross Sulaman Road, as there were previous cases whereby jaywalkers got hit by oncoming vehicles.

UMS students can take bus numbered 1C from here, as it will be most likely turning into the UMS campus after this stop.
