249-foot, 17-story art-deco office building completed in 1931. Designed by Benjamin H. Whinston, it is clad in buff-colored brick, with a 2-story limestone base. The windows are organized into groups of three, with a series of rounded towers at the top.

The ground level is occupied by a Chase Bank branch, a Starbucks, and the Hudson Square Pharmacy. Tenants include Viacom, CBS, Google, Hines Interests, & Daniel Wellington.
