  • It is completed and got CF. But PNSB does not want to hand over the keys to the buyers. The buyers are asked to sign new S&P and the stamp duty for MOT is not removed. Even after signing, PNSB refused to hand over the keys. When the buyers ask them, they said waiting for consent from the State. The timeline to acquire consent in the S&P is not met. When asked, when they want to hand over. PNSB answers arogantly, not sure. When we ask, why the delay, they don't even answer. It is sad to say that the buyers have to pay the bank every month and PNSB's pay through our taxes.
