  • Bandar tasik puteri has no facility, Onlyabout 35% Populated. Alot of houses being auction at cheap price, yet unable to sell. Owner here can sell their property, they are stuck here. Very bad Quality Construction. No proper road connection. nearest petrol station is 12 km away.
  • Although the nearest petrol station is far away but Bandar Tasik Puteri have a very good view and surrounding.Sometimes,there are fog in the morning and it's very cool because there are so many green trees.Sometimes in the night, we can see light from Genting Highlands in certains place here.

  • I think the environment is very good for living. The only problem is road connection. Hopefully the new highway will resolved this problem.
  • There is no connection to the highway. This have been confirmed by The highway consesion holder and Lembaga Lebuhraya. The reason bloddy developer is not willing to pay for the cost. But the developer are still promoting and using the connection to KLKS as their main selling point. When called for discussion by Buyers, they claimed that its not registered association, they do not attend the dialog between Residence,Authority and developer. This shows how much they appriaciate their clients.
  • This is the very BAD area if u think for property investment !!!! NOTHING so special KLKS (LATAR) if u work in KL. Buying a 2-story terrace almost rm200k (blok 1b- leasehold 60 years right), selling only RM120k ???What the FXXK !! Auction RM85K !!
  • I think u guys are dead wrong. JJ is just 10 minutes drive. Kundang road connected to tasik puteri will be available in May.

  • I've been staying in BTP , Bandar Tasik Puteri Since we bought the 1 1/2 storey last 12 years. I admit that the development of this area are are poor in a way. Actually a lot of ways . But it depends to the people who lives here. If we are together and want the best for our next generations surely we to colaberate and make it happen . Of course we have to focus on the things that is for example towards the teenages group, (gen y) and also towards the parents. Everything the best for our children starts from home definitely. We hope our NGO like the 'badan bertindak ' will do something about it.
  • Bandar Tasik Puteri now have a lot of improvement in term of infrastructure, amenities and etc. Beside that you may access via LATAR highway using newly open Kundang interchange. Bandar Tasik Puteri also have own interchange from LATAR highway and currently under construction. Petronas petrol station, primary school, secondary school, mosque, bank also already in this township. Currently launch Garden Heights (BTP4) compromise double storey, semi-d cluster, semi-detached house have huge response from buyer. Low Yat Group also upgrading the current infrastructure to resident convenience.
