6-story office/warehouse completed in 1909. Designed by Harry Dean, it has a grey brick ground floor, with buff-colored brick above. A stone band course runs across the base of the 2nd floor, and the building is crowned by a modillioned roof cornice. Chista uses the building as an art studio, showroom and storage facilities. The company was founded in 1990, and deals in furniture, lighting and installations.
