3-story Federal-style townhouse built around 1830 as a 2.5-story house. It was raised to three full floors in 1927, with a grey brick facade. The small stoop leads to a door framed by narrow columns with sidelights and a glass transom and white metal cornice. The windows have white stone sills and lintels. The roof line has a stepped brick parapet with brick and stone coping.
