3-story Federal-style townhouse built in 1830 as a 2.5-story house. It was raised to three full floors in 1869, and converted to a stable in 1913 by architect Louis Sheinart. It was later re-converted to a residential building. The ground floor has wooden entrance and garage doors, framed in black metal, small glass blocks and vegetation. The upper floors are clad in red-painted brick. At the roof line is a metal parapet and railing around the roof deck. Actor Will Smith once lived at this address.
