2-story commercial building completed around 1900. The south facade is divided into two sections: the narrower section at the west end is clad in white-painted brick at the 2nd floor and has a pair of small, metal-and-glass storefronts at the ground floor. The wider east section is faced in scored smooth-stucco on both floors, painted pale-orange on the ground floor and grey on the 2nd. The ground floor has a grey metal service door at the west end of the east section, and a plate-glass window at the east end. The 2nd floor has two large plate-glass windows, and a white metal band caps the full 2nd floor.

The narrow eastern facade on the avenue matches the east section of the south facade. The ground floor has glass double-doors and a plate-glass window, and the 2nd floor has two large plate-glass windows, separated by a thin metal mullion. At the north half of the roof line, there is a cutout in the parapet, above which rises a peaked, glass-enclosed atrium roof. The east end of the building is occupied by Pita Grill, and the west end by Reamir & Co. barber shop, and Mega News convenience store.
