4-story university building completed in about 1870 as a store-and-loft building. It is clad in red-painted brick above a white-painted stone ground floor. A series of sharply-angled canopies surrounds the ground floor. The brick upper floors are divided into three sections of four windows each, with the center section just slightly projected forward. The narrow south facade is three windows wide. A beige stucco parapet with a metal coping tops the facade. The building was used by fraternities in the 1950s, and acquired by NYU in 1965.

The ground floor is vacant, formerly occupied by Campus Eatery. The upper floors are offices of the Office of Global Inclusion, Diversity & Strategic Innovation, Postdoctoral Program in Psychotherapy & Psychoanalysis, and the Program in Museum Studies.
