The MORRO radar is an MST (Mesosphere-Stratosphere-Troposphere) radar used to study atmospheric phenomena such as those associated with polar mesospheric echoes. The radar system employs a 12x12 array of antennas and is operated by the Department of Physics and Technology of the University of Tromsø.
