One of the famous temple of Vaishnavas. The temple is managed by the Jeeyar swamigal . Main feature of the temple is Perumal (Main idol of the temple ) take oil bath every day and there is a oil well is inside the temple. The Jeeyar mutt is having the branches all over the india from Himallya to southern Tip of the nation and accross the east to west of the nation also. In month of Thai masam ( from Jan 15th Feb 15th of every year ) during the new moon day big festival organsied by the hometown people for perumal. Without expecting any paise from the state endownment board all the rountine of the temple activities done by the jeeyar mutt only. It is aspious to see the temple during the rath festival during the march to may . The temple god is a swayambu . Many north indian knows the name of the main god of the temple by "THOTHATHRI"

Can somebody suggest me the Stottra books to carry inside for recititation sanctifying the LORD residing in this particular temple?
