The cemetery contains the grave of Hol Lars ("Lewis") Larson (1881-1958). He served as chief photographer of the American Colony studio in Jerusalem during the early 20th century, and also as the Swedish consul there, from the 1920s until 1947. Larsson came to this land from Sweden with his family in 1896 as a 15-year-old boy and, except for brief absences, he lived the remainder of his life here.
