SIXTY SoHo Hotel (New York City, New York)

12-story hotel completed in 2001. Designed by Stephen B. Jacobs Group, with the interior by Thomas O'Brien, the facade is clad in grey-brown brick above a 2-story rusticated stone base, with arched concrete balconies and black iron railings in the center two bays of each 6-bay floor. The windows in each bay are divided into two panes by a vertical mullion. The floors are also divided by horizontal stone string courses. The top floor is clad in white stone, with metal railings above the outer bays, and a stone-framed, 1-story tall projection with three large window panes in the center two bays.

The hotel, which is slightly set back from the sidewalk, has 100 guest rooms, and a restaurant on the ground floor, Kittichai, as well as the Thom Bar, and a guest-only rooftop lounge, A60.
