3-story building - home to Cipriani Downtown restaurant - completed in 1994 as a result of additions and alterations to a 1-story garage structure. Designed by M/G Architects, it has a pale yellow stone facade. On the 2nd floor, there is a nearly full-width window bay with brown metal framing and projections of the piers just below the windows, where horizontal metal railings cross metal panels. The top floor has similar upward-projecting piers with metal railings between, and gold-colored metal framed windows.
