 postmodern (architecture)  Add category

3-story commercial building completed in 2001 to house the flagship Tommy Hilfiger store. Designed by architects Bridges & Lavin to blend with the neighboring, historic Soho-area structures, it is faced in dark grey glass-fiber-reinforced concrete with historic-inspired windows and vertically grooved piers. The eastern elevation along West Broadway has three sections of three windows each, while the shorter Broome Street side has two such sections. The piers are continuous from the 1st to 2nd floors, and then broken with shorter piers at the top floor. Tommy Hilfiger moved out of the building in 2013.

It is currently occupied by the SERHANT. Real Estate Agency. The interior was designed by INC Architecture & Design.
