25-story hotel completed in 2011 as the Soho Mondrian Hotel. The building was constructed atop and around a completely re-built existing 12-story commercial building from 1914. Designed by H. Thomas O'Hara and Frank Quinby, the tower features silver-blue glass encased in white paneling with narrow vertical members. Many of the panes have a two-toned cubist pattern in the glass. The tower portion is set back from the street atop a 1-story base.lined with a grid of square art panels. There is a garden entrance to the hotel tower from Crosby Street.
The hotel changed ownership and names in 2015. NoMo is supposed to be an abbreviation for "nostalgic + modern". It has 263 guest rooms.
