Four story, 17,600 sq. ft., building, constructed in 1912 by Charles Wohfeil a furniture merchant born in Germany who immigrated to the US in 1887. It remained a furniture store until 1930. From 1964 to 1973 the building was home to Chene Restaurant Equipment followed by wholesale restaurant equipment supplier Buch Equipment from 1977 to 2015.
