Situated on the southern slope of Queen Anne Hill, this English Georgian style 7-bedroom brick residence is on three levels (18,000+ sq ft) and has a large garden on the south side. A ballroom opens onto the garden level with sweeping view of Downtown Seattle, Elliott Bay & Mount Rainier.

The house was added to the National Register of Historic Places on April 14, 1983 and it was declared a Seattle Landmark on September 10, 1984.
