This Flat is the Dream Child of My wife, Late CHAND BERRY who passed away on 5.1.2006. She sacrified everthing to realize her dream. She sold all her jewllery, took up employment to earn extra money for a short while (since children were studying in Professional Colleges at that time). I dedicate this flat to the fond memory of that great lady, my dear wife.

Although she is not burried here but her soul resides here only. I want to name this house as 'CHAND MAHAL' on the lines of 'TAJ MAHAL'.

It is my wish that after my death, my sons should not sell this flat because "ISS GHAR MEY MERI 'CHAND' KI ATMA BASSI HUYII HAI". I do hope that my children will fulfill my last wish and let their mother's soul rest here in peace.
