  • Hi .. this could be a nice society if it is democratically maintained but unfortunately it is kind of hijacked by some of the ex retired Army men. They have made its RWA deleberatly very beurocratic and deliberatly try to create trouble for cilivlians who are living there.there is a big discrimination against civilians as day after day new rules are made to trouble them very sadistic attitude towards civilians. if u r civilian .. its like a jail if this continues , then just because of few bad elements all the owners will have hard time either renting or selling their appartments.
  • I totally agree with you arjun there is continuous discrimination btw a civilians and ex-army residents realy feel like lodging a case against them they make u feel as if we r very inferior and and always incorrect
  • I live in here and this is worst society to stay for a gentle civilian, please try in dream also. You will crushed by some old thinkings Ex-Army people with unwanted rules.

  • Our landlord is an ex-army men and a pathetic person. Have heard the same about others as well. Not a good place to rent-in.
  • One of the worst society. Maintenance is getting poorer day after day. Never even dream to rent in ground floor flats. You will be welcomed by all kind of insects-spiders, flies, mosquitoes, cockroaches and what not. With better societies expected around this area, it would be difficult to rent out any flat here.

  • Agreed, ground floors are hell of a worry here. However, society is reasonable. Main problem from renting in perspective is the fussy nature of landlords/landladies.
  • This Vivekvihar apartment complex is occupied by property dealers (House Brokers) who are ex-army men and these offenders are ruling the property. Not sure how they were served in Indian Army. The community office is running by property dealers, they are salaried employees for society but they do property dealer job as primary.
  • I agree with most of the comments made here. This is exactly what I had in my mind too. The rents have reduced. One year back, the rent for 2bhk was around 15k. It has gone down to 14k due to lack of demand.

  • Hi, Its worse than Kendriya Vihar. Rentals have nosedived drastically. I am happy managing selling my flat here somehow.

  • rightly said. i stay in tower D. Tower D and E are the worst. don't rent in these towers. rent is 13-14k for 3bhk semi furnished.
  • Avoid tower D and E. Top floor and ground floor flats shall be avoided. Rent @ 13k for top and ground floor, 14k for others for non-furnished flats.

  • Rats, bees, dogs, termites and what not. Construction is so poor that doors have ample space at bottom for rats, insects to pass through. In simple words, stay away if you may

  • There have been instances of external tiles falling out in tower E lately. Fortunately, no one was hurt but its a risky risky stay here.
  • in the balcony of F-104 two trees are growing but nobody is taking care of it. This very much threat to the structural part of the multistory building as thay are on the first floor means at the bottom root of the building anil F-204

  • Tower D and E construction wise are the worst. On top floors, water seeps in rooms during rains as doors have 3-4 inch spacing at the bottom. Insects are rampant and so on...Rent of 18k??? You will get fully furnished flat in 15k after some bargaining. My friend just rented in a flat in D in 13k (raw). Tower A is good but anything above 15k for D and E is not a good option.
