Paranjape Nagar is one of the oldest area in Vazira Naka, around 40 years old, It has been there from much earlier days than the newer areas like jayraj, yogi nagar and Ashok nagar. Paranjape nagar consists of Dnyanayog, Bhaktiyog, Karmayog, Rajyog and Yoganand Societies. The main crossing i.e. the intersection of Baburav Paranjape Marg and Chandavarkar Road extention is called Baburav Paranjape Chowk.
