As alumni passed out in 1985, I am proud to say that I was in DBHS. I have always cherished my school, education, teachers and friends and forever remain indebted to the great education received from it. Still remember Sir Raghu, Sir Singh, Ms Srivastava, Ms Mehta, Ms Pushpa,Ms Thomas,Bro Bosco, Fr Almedia, Ms Claire, Ms Thomas and so many great personalities who have molded my mind and thinking to the best possible extent.
Even though in USA, I take some time in remembering good ole days while my eyes tear up easily.

  • I never ever thought that the gates of 'My School' would ever happen to be closed for me.... I just hope that its all untrue.... I still remember our beloved Raghu Sir having completed my studies after almost 32 years... its also sad that we do not have any aliminii interested in posting his views on the school which was just two years old when I sought my admission... I just hope that there is somone to read this.

Can anyone who is in touch with me or remembers their Xth Std Monitor, get back here on this site ? Lets rock the school once more, guys. The batch i handled rocked & i know they "would still". • Hey, its Sameer Shah, roll no 52, std XB. I passed in 2002. People say that you can forget what you did yesterday but you can't forget who ate your tiffin box in std V(By the way, it was johann). Sometimes they're true. If Miss Smita is reading this(which i know she will, someday), I would like you to know that you were the most leniently strict person i have ever met and will be always revered by me. I really miss you miss! Sir Neville, you were the one person I would like to forget but couldn't because the traitors who leave, are remembered with a vengeance. I would like to come to U.K and kick your stoutly @?#*. We all love you(in a friendly way). I would like to beg teacher's presence on ORKUT.com so that we can react. Kudos to bosco. Keep on callin!.
  • Hello again folks. Especially a big HELLO to Sameer Shah, who cannot forget me. I'm sorry that I make you feel this way, but if it makes you feel any better, you are most welcome to visit me and kick my backside. As for being a 'traitor', come on pal get a life. Just because you are geographically having a postal address that is outside any man-made political boundries, does not make you a 'traitor'. Think about it, if not ME. Good to hear from you.
  • Hello Sir Neville, the comment posted by me for u was meant to be taken jovially like urs when u used to crack us up with ur wisely nutty comments. a 'tough love' kinda. Sorry if i inculcated any emotions of disrespect or hatred coz what i wanted to convey was total 180 degrees of tht. Recently, i had the pleasure of meeting the teachers of DB and got to know the sorrow of missing you. May god be bless u with a battalion of happiness and wrap u in the blanket of love!
  • P.s Sir, my email id is -> samomania21 attherate gmail dot com (cannot write my email id normally coz its sayin no email ids) Hope to hear from u someday.

  • Nice to see our school. I passed out of DBHS in 1985. There are wonderful memories and seems like it was just yesterday I was part of March past, sports day. I still remember our teachers and how Raghu Sir used to throw chalk at some of us who were day dreaming :-) I wish we see more posts from alumni and some news on our dear Sirs and Madams.

  • Hello to the batch of 1991. I've been trying to get in touch with all of you. Orkut helped a lot and now I'm connected to many ppl from our batch. Still, there are a few whom I couldn't locate. I happened to come across this option today itself. And saw comments from Manoj Adhikari...one of my dearest buddies at school. So, all of you who are reading this, please get connected on orkut. I know most of us are located in different pockets across the globe. But at least we can regroup on the Orkut community Don Bosco Borivali - 91 batch.
