32-megawatt solar power plant, named "Long Island Solar Farm" (LISF), build by collaboration of BP Solar, Long Island Power Authority (LIPA), and DoE (Department of Energy). This plant is located on site of the Brookhaven National Laboratory. Built in November 2011, it become the largest solar photovoltaic power plant in the Eastern United States.
