5-story office building completed in 2004. The front facade has red brick outer piers framing windows spanning five panes wide, with grey metal mullions and pale green metal spandrels. The windows are capped by a broad segmental-arch at the top floor, with a grey metal roof cornice above. The southern elevation is also clad in red brick, pierced by a handful of square-headed windows. The ground floor is occupied by Kaffe 1668.
