6-story Romanesque-revival office building completed in 1890. Designed by Martin V.B. Ferdon as a store-and-loft building, its ground floor has white-painted cast-iron columns, grey-painted infill, and a green metal cornice. The upper floors are clad in red brick. The windows of the 2nd, 4th & top floors are flat-headed, while those on the 3rd and 5th floors are segmental-arched. All the windows are trimmed in stone with flat lintels. Stringcourses, a brick corbel table with a simple sheet-metal roof cornice, and a decorated iron fire escape in the center of the facade remain intact.
