6-story office building completed in 1888. Designed by Havilah M. Smith & Son as a store-and-loft building, its ground floor has green cast-iron piers supporting a modillioned cornice, paired wood doors and transoms. The eastern bay has been bricked-in. The upper floors are clad in red brick, with three bays of recessed windows. A metal fire escape runs down the right two-thirds of the facade, which is topped by a green bracketed metal roof cornice. The building now has offices on the upper floors. The ground floor is occupied by Thalassa restaurant.
