6-story residential building originally completed in the 1870s as a 5-story store-and-loft building. It was renovated in 2006 and converted to a luxury single-family residence. The ground floor is clad in white stone, with white brick on the upper floors. The 2nd floor has one large studio window, fronted by a balcony with iron railings. The 3rd floor has a wide center window, with narrower flanking windows. It has a smaller projecting balcony, also with iron railings. The 4th & 5th floors each have three identical rectangular windows, with a dentiled cornice above the 5th floor. A recessed penthouse level has been added above the cornice.
