3-story Georgian/Greek-revival residential building originally completed as three separate townhouses in 1837. They were joined in 2003 when purchased by photographer Annie Leibovitz, who used part of the 10,000 square feet of space as her studio. They townhouses were sold again in 2012 to Lauren Bush Lauren, niece of former president George W. Bush, and granddaughter of George H.W. Bush. The facade is clad in red brick with metal window cornices and a bracketed roof cornice with large modillions. Climbing ivy covers a large portion of the facade on both Greenwich and West 11th Streets.
