Location of the southern anchor for Johnston's River Line, defending Atlanta from General Sherman's armies. The location contains an earthen fort, a famous Shoupade, artillery redans, and several hundred yards of preserved Confederate trenches.
It is not currently open to the public. The location is owned by Cobb County, and may be made into a park at a future date.
