Island emmense sandbar makes for great claming at low tide. Large pods of fur seals can often be seen from time to time. Island's vegatated portion is dangerous to explose with many ditiches concealed by dunegrass. Stray cattle can also offer a a treat as well as pointy driftwood which is also hidden in the grass.
