5-story mercantile building - originally a 3-story restaurant, it was raised to four in 1914, when the current facade was installed, designed by Vincent S. Todaro. Above a modernized storefront, the facade is clad in red brick in a German or Flemish-inspired style. Stone ornament includes entablatures with strapwork above the 2nd & 3rd floors, and an elaborately adorned 4th floor with pilasters bearing sculpted fruit. The top floor has a central oval window flanked by scrolls and topped by a broken pediment supporting a statue of a woman. The fifth story was added several years later.

The rear facade is similar but much less elaborate in its ornament. The ground floor is now occupied by Yip's restaurant.
